      So when you eat sugar, there is a message sent to the brain that activates the “reward” system. This system involves many parts of the brain but the main chemical released in dopamine, which gives us a nice feeling.

      Eating too much sugar though can lead to high blood pressure, liver damage, rotting teeth and is associated with obesity because unhealthy foods usually have a high level of sugar in them.

      I’m no expert, but I like Christie’s answer. I think you could also put it another way: eat proper food, not just sugar 🙂
