      Hi Maja,

      Yes, we do sometimes. At a work event earlier this year we all got to taste insects. You may have heard that in the future it is unlikely that we will be able to eat so much meat but that protein is an important part of the diet. Insects could be a good alternative. I am not that adventurous though so may be vegetarianism is more my thing!

      I have always been interested in food innovation – my Post Doc was on Quorn – it was a new type of food then (showing my age again).
