  Yes. Unfortunately the lasers I now work with have a wavelength of 1064nm which means that we can’t see them. This means we have to wear safety goggles all the time as they could still damage our eyes. It was more fun when we used green lasers – we still had to wear safety goggles but a least we could see where the light was going.
