I believe if you are not getting the recommended daily allowance of certain vitamins it will definitely be beneficial. The human body is effectively run off nutrients, vitamins and water. All of these can be found in the food that we eat. It is always advisable to eat a balanced diet take me your body work as efficiently and healthy as possible. If i’m feeling sick I tend to take a vitamin C supplement and eat fish to boost my immune system to fight off any nasty germs.
