• Question: How do you make unhealthy food more healthy

      It depends what you mean by unhealthy food! You could replace some of the salt in a dish with some acid, for example, so that you consume less sodium. Or instead of using commercial peanut butter on your toast (which usually has a lot of sugar and salt added), buy all-natural peanut butter from a health food store. Not all “healthy” versions of unhealthy food are healthy. For example, I think diet coke is just as unhealthy as regular coke, only because I don’t think we should be consuming so many soft drinks in the first place! Personally I believe in a diet that is balanced and everything in moderation, and allowing a few “unhealthy” snacks every now and then isn’t the end of the world.
