Question: How does the quantum description of reality, which includes elements such as the superposition of states and wavefunction collapse or quantum decoherence, give rise to the reality we perceive?
My guess is that you’ve been reading about unsolved problems in Physics from a certain Wikipedia page :-). This particular question is on the interpretation of quantum mechanics. You need to ask yourself, “What constitutes a measurement, which apparently causes the function to collapse into a definite state?”. Or look at the Wikipedia page below:
