• Question: Is there an end to the universe?if there is what is it?

      Possibly, but our measurements are not yet good enough to know what it will be!

      The universe is expanding now, and might continue expanding with everything in it getting further and further apart,
      OR
      it might slowly grind to a halt
      OR
      gravity might pull it all back togther in a “big crunch” (the opposite of the big bang we think started it.
