      There are many small changes that indicate humans are still evolving. One example is that more and more people are becoming intolerant to lactose (found in milk).

      I think one of the next changes could be resistance to some diseases or infections. This wouldn’t happen overnight, but gradually. Of course, I think by the time most humans have the resistance against that infection, the bacteria would have evolved much faster to beat us! That’s because their life cycles are much shorter than ours.
