• Question: What would you say is the healthiest food?

      We usually try not to talk about healthy and unhealthy foods but about diets. Which means that you can eat anything – even if it is full of salt, fat and sugar – provided that this is balanced with carbohydrates like bread, rice, pasta or potatoes, protein from fish, meat or pulses and lots of fruit and vegetables (at least 5 portions a day – I encourage my children to have fruit at each meal which makes it easily achievable). That said – I sometimes don’t manage it – the main thing is to always strive for the balance!
